We all know that budgeting is essential for any business so we have tried to provide our costs as clearly as we can. These prices are what you will pay but if you have a special project please call us as, depending on the circumstances, we may well be able to offer an additional incentive so that you can experience our service with a view to a long term relationship.

We can also offer a premier service for 24 hour turnaround, please contact us for details. Our transcription process is carried out by touch typists who are able to check text directly as entered on the screen. Any unclear word or uncertain grammar is highlighted so that it can be checked on receipt.

For larger projects we offer a free half hour consultation followed by a fixed price quotation - contact us for further details.

DISCIPLINE	STANDARD SERVICE (48 - 72 hours)
Audio Typing from digital, IPhone, Blackberry, micro cassettes etc	90 pence per audio minute
Insertion of digital photographs into reports	20 pence per photograph
Copy typing from typed text	£15.00 per hour
Copy typing from hand written text (novels, thesis etc)	£15.00 per hour
Administration: Database design & management, sales lead follow up and conversion, client retention & feedback	£20.00 per hour
Account Management: Budget, book-keeping, invoicing, credit control	£20.00 per hour
Marketing: Corporate identity, stationery design, market research, direct mail, PR & advertising	£25.00 per hour
Local Office coverage (within 10 miles of TQ2)	£80.00 per day negotiable
