We consider that feedback is constructive, essential and develops business relationships so it is encouraged and welcomed.
There is no VAT to pay for Dot Your Eyes services.

• There is a minimum charge of £5.00 for audio transcription and files will be rounded up to the nearest minute for invoicing.
• For all other services there is a minimum invoice charge of 1 hour with subsequent 15 minute increments.
• Invoice is on completion of works for new customers with 7 working day payment terms. For established clients monthly or weekly accounts are available.
• Payment is by cheque or BACS. Credit or debit card can also be accepted but please contact us for further details.
• Monthly retainers can be arranged with commitment to a certain number of agreed hours per month.
• Prices quoted are based on transcriptions being e-mailed back to clients for printing.
• Premier service is subject to separate pricing by agreement.
• Expenses such as phone calls, stationery, postage etc., will be charged separately at cost price.
• Transcription files e-mailed after 5.00 pm are deemed to reach our system by 9.00 am the following morning and turnaround times will be calculated from this point. However we are able to offer our premier service for urgent work by arrangement.
• Transcription files e-mailed after 5.00 pm on a Friday evening are deemed to reach our system by 9.00 am the following Monday.
